Xecofy’s Chief Coach Naveed Khawaja discusses changing to an AGILE mindset on a panel with industry leaders

London, England — Today, Xecofy’s Chief Coach Naveed Khawaja participated in a panel discussion entitled  “From Legacy to Agile: How Are the UK’s Biggest Brands Remaining Relevant in a Digital Economy” with other esteemed leaders in the industry at The Telegraph Leaders Transformation Conference 2018.  Mr. Khawaja was joined on the panel by Christine Ashton, Global Chief Digital Officer, SAP UK; Carol Johnson, IT Director, The Telegraph;  Dean Latchana, Agile Transformation Coach,  Sainsbury’s; and moderator Cat Wildman, Director of Product at The Telegraph.

Mr.  Khawaja contributed by focusing his comments on the mindset change required to transforming businesses in a panel discussion that largely focused on AGILE strategies and business challenges.  In a short statement after the panel discussion, Mr. Khawaja noted businesses that center only on making money are actually poor businesses. According to Khawaja, there is much more value in employees.  “The key to change,” he said “is that you simply cannot treat people as numbers.”

The conference, which was formerly billed as The Telegraph Digital Leaders Conference, aims to “paint a bigger picture around what it means to succeed in a digitally driven customer-focused economy by addressing three key areas: people, process, and technology,” and was attended by over 200 business professionals who are responsible for the “transformation of their enterprise.”

Said Khawaja of the event: “It was humbling to be a part of this panel and to connect with the audience regarding my experience as an AGILE coach. I hope that I was able to inspire others to live their best being because not only does it affect their motivation, it also inspires innovation.”
