The UK Government’s Department for Education sought to redefine its school system and optimise digital resources for introducing free schools. Through interactive workshops, agile training, and stakeholder alignment, we significantly reduced cycle time by half. This transformation provided streamlined access to information, reduced unnecessary steps, and fostered higher collaboration and quality work, showcasing our expertise in delivering custom workshops and agile consulting.
