STEAM™ Foundation – Agile & Lean Ways of Working is a two-day, immersive workshop designed to introduce participants to the foundational principles of Agile and Lean methodologies. Through real-world activities and role-play simulations, participants will experience iterative and incremental approaches to problem-solving, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across multiple levels of the organisation. This workshop provides high-level insights into Agile, Lean, and KanBan methodologies, empowering teams to achieve purposeful productivity, incremental innovation, and a motivated mindset.
