It was a full house yesterday at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Covent Garden, London, where our team shared the true story of: “Agile Leadership on a Burning Platform – The trials & tribulations of an agile transformation”.
It was case Study for an Agile transformation, imagine the scenario:
– The company has lost 25% in revenue & people.
– The employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is down to a record low of 51%.
– The leadership team has failed a previous Agile transformation miserably and could not inspire a positive sustainable change.
– Faced with a survival challenge that could have led to site closure – things needed to transform across the whole organisation.

Ali Hasnain – is a Senior Partner in Xecofy and the CEO of DealSmash, a data analytics company.
