Last year, we promised ourselves that we would be better about blogging and keeping our followers up to date on all that is happening with Xecofy and life in general, which brings us to this:
Our first month-in-review post!
The year started off on a high note, with January showing incredible promise. Not only did we announce a partnership deal with PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ (PWC, the second largest professional services firm in the world) Training Academy in the Middle East, our team has been carefully thinking through the training we offer, putting together training brochures that outline for our clients what to expect from each of our training products. We hope these brochures — which are vibrant, colorful, and show people having fun — not only reflect what we do, but also who we are as a company.
Here is a brief list of the training and coaching we currently conduct:
(1) Agile training using Xecofy’s own methodology, STEAM™ (Strategy to Execution using Agile Methodology), which includes STEAM™ for Leaders, STEAM™ for Teams, STEAM™ for Product Owners, and STEAM™ for Scrum Masters
(2) DevOps for Teams, DevOps for Leaders, DevOps Mindset Training for IT Teams, and DevOps Hands-On Training for IT Teams
(3) SAFe based Certified Training
(4) Coaching and Consulting
What is not included in this list is our new approach, which we’ve aptly named STEP™ for Change. Since the outline for it is currently in process, we will share more with that in our next update. Briefly, STEP™ for Change is where we plan the big picture and re-energize from vision to strategy to execution.
For more information, visit our website (also newly updated), www.xecofy.com. All of our product offerings are up to date and available here and on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.
While we are getting these materials underway, our coaches are also aiming once again to deliver some powerful keynotes this year (fingers crossed!). Submission deadlines are around the corner, so more on that later this year.
Here is to hoping February will be as productive as January.
